Our paid Blackjack school consist of two six-hour sessions, either 12pm to 6pm or 2pm to 8pm, for a total of 120 hours of class time over four weeks. The sessions focus on policies and procedures, guest service, game protection, shuffling, cutting cheques, basic math and more.
Only Blackjack is taught in these sessions because new dealers will have the opportunity to learn novelty games on the casino floor.
